All first appointments must be 1 hour appointments. Some longer follow up appointments may require a 1 hour appointment.

First appointments require a comprehensive health questionnaire to be completed prior to the appointment. A comprehensive first appointment covers your health history, goals, and dietary assessment. You will leave with a personalised plan and clear next steps.

Follow up appointments may include recommendations for further investigation using pathology (ie blood tests) and functional pathology (ie neurotransmitter and amino acid profile, complete digestive stool analysis (CDSA). A follow-up appointment may review progress, adjust your plan, and work through any questions or challenges since your last consultation.

I am committed to keeping services simple, uncomplicated and cost effective.
